Our long-term programs comprise the lowest-barrier bed based support recovery for women in BC. Women are supported to achieve self-empowerment through a continuum-of-care that demonstrates how to live in recovery through education and holistic practices. The work is exceptionally challenging and deeply rewarding. We are always looking for great people for full-time, part-time, overnight and casual positions in our three homes.

Job Summary
The Indigenous Peer Support Worker draws on lived experience, cultural knowledge, and peer-based practice to support Indigenous women to connect with their cultural identity and recover from addiction. This role provides emotional, cultural, practical, and community-oriented support in a manner that is non-judgmental, inclusive, and rooted in traditional Indigenous teachings. This position supports day-to-day household routines, contributes to a safe and stable home environment, assists with culturally grounded programming, and helps residents navigate challenges through active listening, relational practice, and non-violent communication.
